Use, purpose of storage and processing

Modiz d.o.o. undertakes to permanently protect users’ personal data. We store and process personal data for the purposes of marketing communication by e-mail and sending offers.

For communication purposes we store:

• e-mail address
• first name
• surname

We collect personal data with the explicit consent of individuals. Your personal data is used by our sales and marketing department.

Transfer and retention period

Personal data collections are stored in the Republic of Slovenia and are not transferred to other countries.

We keep an individual’s personal data until they withdraw their consent to the storage and processing of their data. Once consent is withdrawn, we promptly, effectively and permanently delete their personal data.

Rights of the individual

Every individual may at any time request, with regard to their data:

• access,
• rectification,
• complete erasure,
• termination of processing and storage.

Use of cookies
